Nothing standing at the moment
The notes that used to sit here covered the Adriatic, the central Balkans and the south — regions this site has pulled back from until it can cover them properly. Rather than leave arguments up about places it no longer documents, the archive was cleared.
New notes will appear as the Black Sea coverage thickens up. An advocacy note is an opinion with a date on it, reviewed as it ages and retired with an explanation when it stops holding — which is why the honest state of this page is sometimes empty.
